Margarita

The margarita is the essence of central and Latin america. The origin of this drink is heavily debated with Mexico being the most credible. This drink is strong and zingy, very acidic flavors come together to make a world renown drink using mexico most famous spirit tequila.

Ingredients:

35ml/1.2oz Tequila
15ml/0.5oz Orange Liqueur
25ml/0.9oz Lime Juice
10ml/0.4oz Sugar Syrup

Garnish:

Salted rim
Lime wedge or Lime peel

Procedure:

Step 1: Chill your martini glass by filling it with ice.
Step 2: Add all ingredients into your cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Step 3: Take the ice out of you martini glass, lightly rim the edge of the glass with a lime wedge then place the martini glass down upon a plate with salt on it to create the salted rim.
Step 4: Double strain the drink from your cocktail shaker into your martini while being cautious not to spill any on the rim.
Step 5: Make a small cut in the center of a lime wedge and then place on the edge of the glass.
